I am so excited that you are joining My Lazy Daisy’s Go2Sew Quilt Club! In order to ensure the success of the club and to maximize benefits for all participants, you agree to follow these Club Guidelines:
Minimum Purchase: Each member of the Go2Sew Quilt Club commits to a minimum kit purchase each month (usually at least an Essential Kit priced around $35-$40) for a consecutive 10 month period. Members are welcome to exceed the minimum purchase amount! Your order is required whether you attend a Go2Sew Club meeting or not. If you are unable to attend a Go2Sew Club on a certain month, you will still get your project packet. Once the group reaches 10 members, this will guarantee a minimum of at least $350 in qualifying club sales for each monthly hostess. Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be sent to my home. If you find that you cannot continue as a member of Go2Sew Club, please continue to make your required minimum purchase until a replacement can be found.
Placing and Picking Up Orders: Please e-mail and confirm your order with me no later than the last Go2Sew Club date of the month. All orders will be waiting for you at the next Go2Sew Club. If you are ordering a kit that requires you to bring additional fabrics or products to complete the project, or if you just can’t wait (that’s how I’d be!), then you are welcome to come by and pick up your project packet once it arrives at my home.
Hostess and Hostess Rewards: Every member of the Go2Sew Club will have an opportunity to be a Hostess at least once each year and to receive Hostess Rewards (1/2 off and free hostess credits) from orders received for that month. I encourage you to have an extra home party during your Hostess month. By combining your party total with the Go2Sew Club total, you ensure yourself a GREAT sales total, and a GREAT shopping spree. If you are unable to host your own party, you can collect outside orders that count towards your sales total or invite friends to come to Go2Sew Club with you. These orders will be added to your Go2Sew Club total. Please provide at least 10 days notice if you are bringing someone to our Go2Sew Club so that we can receive their project packet in time.
Children: Please find a babysitter for your children. You can bring a nursing infant, but be considerate of others if they get fussy. Go2Sew Club is a ‘girls night/day out’ and I want to be sure that we are careful to keep it that way.
Suggested Items to Bring: (I will let you know by e-mail any other items to bring that might be helpful)
*Go2Sew Club Folder with your receipts, wishlist, any flyers you may need, etc.
*Current Catalog (I provide a free catalog to each participant)
* Sewing machine and basic sewing supplies (I will have some mats, rulers and rotary cutters available for use)
*Water Bottle or Drink with a lid
*PLEASE LABEL YOUR OWN PERSONAL SUPPLIES WITH YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER
